The Acuvue Contact Lenses Offer Many Options For Vision Correction

Acuvue contact lenses are the number one lenses prescribed by doctors. They are so comfortable and easy to wear. They are known for how they feel which is mostly not at all. Some have the Hydraclear technology which keeps them moist even in a dry environment.

Acuvue is responsible for the first disposable contacts. Part of what makes them so comfortable is the ability to allow oxygen through the lens to the eye. The more oxygen that is able to get to the eye the less it feels that anything is there in the way. Each line of lenses offer UV protection from both UV-B and UV-A radiation. There are even one day wear lenses ideal for allergy sufferers.

They offer contacts for different vision issues or those who just want a new eye color. Astigmatism, allergies, near sightedness, far sightedness and Presbyopia are all considered. For your convenience each lens has a marker to let you know if it is inside out. Each one is also tinted so in case it is dropped it is easier to find.

The daily cost of using the contacts ranges from fifty cents a day to two dollars a day depending on what you need. This is relatively inexpensive. There is an option to have your contacts delivered to your door through a subscription service. You receive an entire year of service. New lenses are dropped off every three months.

All the contacts except the one day disposables can last for two weeks, if they are worn during the day and cleaned. If you do not wish to remove them they are able to be worn for 24 hours a day for seven days before they must be changed again. The second option requires doctor approval. Several choices are available like the Acuvue 2 for those who are near or far sighted. There are also Bifocal lenses. These have five vision zones allowing you to see both near and far.

There are contacts for those who would like to enhance their eye color or just want to change it altogether. The contacts are available with prescription correction or without. There are ten colors to choose from. Three are enhancers to deepen the color of light eyes. The color blend with your eye color for a more natural look. These are also able to be worn overnight for six nights or worn daily with cleaning for two weeks.

The Advance line offers Hydraclear and contact lenses for astigmatism. The lenses made for astigmatism have four points of stability to keep the lens from moving. Your vision will stay clear and consistent. The one day contacts are the most convenient since they do not have to be maintained or cleaned. Just dispose of them and use a new set each day. The Oasys line has Hydraclear and are available for those who are near or farsighted and those with presbyopia and astigmatism as well. The multivision presbyopia lens uses what is called stereo precision technology so vision is clear far, near and in between. They work under various lighting also.

Acuvue contact lenses are inexpensive, comfortable and convenient. There is a lens for everyone with top of the line technology to give you the best vision available. The contacts are made to help protect your eyes from UV rays and are comfortable for wearing all day, even overnight.
