How To Control Stress Related Eating Habits

Stress eating is a habit in America many people just go to the snack bar to relax. This lead to poor health and makes your poor. Just try counting the dollars for a week. There are others ways of coping.

The important thing is that you think it though, a lot of times the reason is emotional. Some people do have auger lows that food does just the trick. How are you feeling emotionally? Is that why you are here? Do you need something in your stomach?

When you have some time that you are relaxed take that time to come up with creative idea that relax you. When you get ideas then you can begin to test them. The more things you have at you disposal the better you will fair in finding the one that work for you.

The list need to be in concrete form. Some vague ideas in your mind will not help you much in a stressful situation. Keep a list on you desk or somewhere where you can see it and take advantage of it.

Here are some starter note to get you thinking. A hot shower relax a lot of people. You may what to try yoga or a cup of tea. Even simple things like walking down the hall and back can help you focus. Music is also great for this.

To start you list off let me suggest trying a hot shower or a cup of tea. Then you begin the creative process walks around part and simple things like changing from a high stress task to something you like for a minute helps. Get you self room to have a snack now and then. This is not war measures. You are not in boot camp. You goal is to control your habits so that you are more productive and healthy.

Remember this is about forming new habits and discovering the things that work for you. Soon you will find that you have found better ways and your have broken your dependence on the snack bar.
