Apart from maybe the kitchen, people spend the most time in their bedrooms so it’s not a surprise that they can easily get fed up with the way it’s decorated and looks. However, you don’t necessarily have to go all the way and completely redecorate to freshen things up, you can simply give it a exotic makeover! This should reduce the costs and also make the job less stressful

Ugh. I weighed myself this morning (Day
and I’m the same weight as yesterday. Hate that. So I’m still at 162 pounds. I did quite well eating only HCG approved items yesterday so that’s a little disappointing. I decided maybe I need to try to drink more water. I’m not big on constancy with my water drinking. I guzzle a huge cup of water and then I’ll just hang around for a while without drinking anymore. So I’m going to try to drink it more frequently now in addition to the guzzling.

So after Day one trying to limit myself to the HCG approved foods (and only 500 calories of the HCG approved foods) I decided I needed a little additional preparation. So I went back to the grocery store. Since the diet relies heavily on a small variety of fresh products I’ll be heading to the local grocer far more often than normal. But that’s alright. I’m kind of liking the fact that I’m incorporating all this fresh food into my diet. And since it’s around…the kids are eating it more as well!
